Lemon Rémoulade

Yield:  10 fluid ounces

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ ounce sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon onion, fine chop
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • To taste:  kosher salt, cracked black pepper, Worcestershire, Tabasco

1.  Whisk ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
