Yields ½ cup
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic chile paste
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1-1 ½ teaspoons sugar
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve chilled.
